Do What You Should

Ask yourself, “what should I be doing?” Often times the last thing you want to do is exactly what you should be doing. What if you did what you knew you should be doing? How would your life transform and how quickly would that happen?

Different areas change quicker than others. Weight is interesting, in three days you start to notice it, in three weeks people close to you notice it and in three months acquaintances will notice it. Maybe this isn’t always true, but it has stuck with me since I heard it.

When it comes to learning something or increasing your skills, what should you do? Something, nothing? Probably not nothing. So then what? You probably know. If you keep doing what you should, you'll become Who You Could Be.
