Another week down.
Good - Gym every day. Writing goals were hit. Read The Effective Executive. ⅔ of the way done with The Fountainhead. Chipping away at Better than Before and just started The One Thing. Tracked my time for the whole week in six-minute increments, the results were amazing. Zero TV time, I’m proud of that. I read a whole lot as well.
Bad - Tracking calories and although I’m staying in the 1500-2000 range, I’ve had a bit more sugar than I should so I’ll work on that.
Ugly - No movement on the book publishing. My schedule failed me. I’m going to now spend time on why that’s happening and have a feeling it has to do with purpose.
