Good Habits

What are they? Generally, good habits are what everyone can agree on. Eating right, going to the gym, telling the truth, sleeping 7-8 hours a night, personal hygiene, good manners, etc.

What’s keeping you from these?

It’s usually that we’re comfortable. We’re okay with where we’re at. Until you admit to yourself that you don’t like where you’re at, you can’t leave that place.

You have to want to change. Focus on the solution. The solution is action. If you keep doing the right things, you’ll probably get to the solution. Nothing is guaranteed, but the likelihood of working out every day leading you to become a healthier person is high. The likelihood of meditating every day leading to a calmer mind is high. The likelihood of doing nothing and getting nothing is high. Do the things.
