Hit a goal, you’re done. Then what? I’ve done this. As soon as I start getting definition on my abs, the self-sabotage kicks in.
The new habit is going to the gym every day and eating under 1500 calories less one bonus meal a week and one All You Can Eat day a month. I may even forego my AYCE day, but we’ll see about that. I’m focusing on creating habits that will eventually lead to where I want to be and keep me there.
Diets don’t work because they’re temporary. Lifestyle changes work if they stick.
