Get your stuff done.
At work, we get paid for eight hours but we’re probably only working four. Some of us get away with doing much less than that too.
If you give yourself a month to do something that takes a day, who benefits? Give yourself a due date that reflects the magnitude of what you’re accomplishing and how long it takes to do it.
“Lose five pounds,” can be done in a month, 3500 calories per pound of fat times 5 is 17,500 calories you’re going to have to either burn or avoid. You can lose five pounds in a weekend of clean eating, but that's mostly going to be water weight, to lose fat you have to go a step further.
The point is if you want to get things done stop giving yourself forever to do them.
