Who Are You Doing it For?

First, define “it.”

Me losing body fat.

I’m doing it for me and for others maybe. But mostly, it helps me feel that I’m moving in the right direction, that I’m doing good. I like being a role model, but even if nobody follows my lead, I’ll still be in a healthier place because of my actions.

I’ve seen some people change for their children, reading more books or going back to school, to be a good example.

Whatever works for you, as long as it actually works.
