Life is good if you stop to acknowledge it. Most people have way more good than bad in their life. But when you turn on the news show of your life, it’s easy to remember the bad and overlook the good.
A good exercise to do is think back to five times you could have made worse decisions and how terrible your life would be if that had happened. But it didn’t, so even if you’re down, you’re not out. Keep making good decisions, one after another.
