When will you fight?
I’m not saying be perfect or that anyone is. A necessary step in reversing a problem habit is to stop doing the behavior. If you don’t exercise, going from zero to once a week is mathematically infinite times more exercise. A 500 calorie a day habit is one pound of fat per week. The body is complex and you probably won’t lose 50 lbs in a year from cutting that out but it’ll probably be at least 40.
In a years time a year will go by no matter what, so what will you do along the way? Hit the gym 50 times or zero? Eat that junk food everyday or leave it to once a week? Your life, your call.
