What happens when most people walk up to a red light?
They look left, look right, no cars coming, they walk.
Can a car make it across the street faster than a person? Probably.
So why do we all wait for the light to change, when we’re driving but not always when walking?
My proposal is simple. Treat red lights as stop signs unless there’s a sign that says no turn on red.
Imagine 200,000,000 cars spending even a minute less on the road everyday.
