Read a little. Create a little. Eat well. 

Sleep a lot. Think a lot. Love a lot. 

Exercise. Meditate. Laugh. 

I don’t know what your list is, or even if you’ve ever made one. Making one is definitely worth the couple of minutes that it’ll take.
