People say don’t lose weight unhealthily
Like what? Exercising and eating less?
What’s a healthy way to lose weight? One burger instead of two? A 12 oz soda instead of a two liter?
How about this, if it’s working for you, you honestly feel good and can keep it up, then do it.
The worst part is when people who don’t have what you want are telling you how to get what you want. Copy the successful people, disregard the rest.
